People Programs Operations Support

Create processes and systems implementation for planning and execution of on all human resources initiatives for Global Customer Experience team.
Operationalize intake method and project management flow for People Program workstreams.
Make sound recommendations regarding local policies and recognition and rewards programs.
Partner with cross-regional stakeholders (i.e. Regional Talent Partners, OPS Talent POCs, Regional Directors, etc.) to support implementing global People Program initiatives.
Partner with regional legal team(s) to ensure compliance with country and local employment regulations.
Create workflow for the consideration of organization design initiatives and changes, and assist in coordinating implementation across all regions.
Moderate and coordinate global CX-People Program meetings.
Assist in Talent-related projects as needed.
This role will work with regional stakeholders as required to gather input and feedback, and report to the Director of CX, North America.

3+ years experience in HR or related field
Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule to meet with global stakeholders.
