Job Description:
  • We are seeking a senior level HR consultant to manage and deliver, effectively (horizontally and vertically), at the site, local and global levels - Flawless execution of HR initiatives, programs and services. Act as a consultant and senior advisers to managers and leaders on site as needed to support hiring, re-orgs, re-structure, and on people related issues.
  • As Digital continues to transform and grow there has been an uptake on activity levels and a growing amount of interactions - it has put demands on having adequate HR coverage to ensures HR continues to deliver beyond expectations at both strategically and tactically on every level. The request is to ensure a seamless transition of securing a Sr. HR Gen - as a consultant.
  • A consultant at this time, will provide us an opportunity to be flexible and the ability to assess if the need for a full time or additional resource is needed in the future - as HR continues to reorg and begin to put into place an HR Shared Services model.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years HR Experience Preferred -
  • Role: 50% Talent Acquisition, 50% HR initiatives
Must have:
  • Knowledge of various Engagement Models and capable of working effectively in a matrix organization
  • Requires minimal day to day supervision
  • Acts as a consultant to managers and business leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate various sessions, workshops and meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to develop frameworks, presentations, surveys, tools, etc. and can deliver key messages, visions, tasks associated with implementation of key HR initiatives
  • Confidence and knowledge of business and a willingness to learn and engage with others freely
  • Highly knowledgeable and usage of various computer software programs, applications, associated with HR work, ie. Workday, HRIS systems, Outlook, Microsoft Suites of programs, etc.
  • Launched HR Initiatives Nationwide
Preferred to have:
  • Advanced degree associated with level of performance
  • Certifications associated with level of work and experience
  • Tenure and experience associated with level of work and experience
 
2 Round interview process - Phone interview followed by in-person. Will speak to multiple managers each round.
