Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in New Employee Processes to ensure positive new hire experience:
Maintain personnel and I-9 electronic files ensuring accuracy of information
Review data for accuracy and process new employees in Onboarding system
Facilitate New Employee Orientation
Daily Employee Service Center Activities:
Support and respond to a high volume of employee emails and phone calls regarding personal employee information, company programs, benefits offerings, etc.
Provide direction to managers and employees on general HR/Facilities processes and policies
Monitor, approve, or initiate workflow requests for certain employee changes in Employee Central
Research and complete employment verifications
Complete I-9 verifications and re-verifications as needed
Research and complete unemployment claims forms
Support M&A Integrations
Improve processes and implement new procedures where applicable
Assist in special and ad hoc projects as needed
Facilitate programs for the company as needed
Assure data accuracy; assist in reporting and analytics

At least 4 years’ experience in HR and benefits programs required or relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a complex, fast-paced business environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to interface with internal HR staff and all employee levels
Must be self-motivated; highly detailed and organized; takes initiative to make or adapt to changes
Must be able to work both independently and as a team member and maintain confidentiality of employee information
Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, plus SuccessFactors platform or related HCM Cloud Application, and ATS experience (BrassRing) desirable
