The SQO Document Coordinator will report to the Site SQO Project Lead. Day to day activities of the contractor will be directed by the Site SQO Project Lead.
The contractor will train on Sanofi Pasteur’s document generation and control requirements, the Training Management system (ISOTrain) and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), and change management system (Phenix).
The contractor will oversee the implementation of the document coordination program across functional areas and ensure timely and efficient delivery. Implementation includes the identification of routine issues which could impede program success.
The contractor will assist in the coordination and management of project documents and provide support to maintain project plan, timeline and track document cycle times. This includes ensuring that documents meet Sanofi Pasteur’s document generation and control requirements and routinely report on the status of documents to the SQO, MTech, and GEM Project leads.
The contractor may act as an internal liaison for project needs, such as interactions with project team members on execution of sub-projects and follow standard practices to obtain solutions. Contributions are usually limited to task related activities.

Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry or related industry/cGMP environment, including qualification, validation.
Ability to manage multiple activities with challenging timelines.
Ability to be self-directed in a large organization within a minimal time frame. Be creative and work through issues independently, ifpossible.
Ability to work well with large various functional groups.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, stc.)
