Supports the Client in the Pacific to initiate, manage, and execute energy resilience efforts to support the design/construction of a new military installation in Guam. Utilize expertise to lead team, interact with senior Navy stakeholders and support key activities, including:
-Support integration of energy resiliency studies, goal setting, and execution to support the design/construction of Guam build-up.
-Evaluate and assess the feasibility of the implementation of large scale energy project opportunities, provide engineering, and technical analysis for problem definition, requirements development, and implementation.
-Assist in the assessment of current partnerships with utility companies and public agencies as they relate to advancing DON energy security initiatives.
Desired Skills: Prior experience and a depth of experience in the energy sector focused on electricity development, transmission, and distribution is essential.
Minimum education Bachelor of Arts
