The Business Development team ( "BDS?) supports new business and client service efforts of our Distribution group that include services for institutional and retail clients and prospects. The team prepares requests for proposals ( "RFPs?) and due diligence questionnaires ( "DDQs?) to accurately reflect OppenheimerFunds' products, services and strengths. The team partners closely with client service/sales, client portfolio managers, risk, operations, and compliance/legal professionals to customize responses and address the prospect/client's objectives. Additionally, the team maintains third party and consultant databases and works on ad hoc projects in support of the firm's overall sales, client service and marketing efforts.
The successful candidate will be insightful, proactive and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
? Complete and/or populate a high volume of RFPs, DDQs and data requests for existing and prospective clients and investment consultants
