Nexthink is a tool in end-user experience management. We need an experienced Service Desk resource (L3) who has also worked/experience on Nexthink tool.
- Should have working experience on Nexthink environment
- Should have extensive experience of managing Service Desk for a large account.
- Should have experience on Using Nexthink tool and Dashboard –
- Using Nexthink Act module to deliver auto-healing and proactive issue remediation
- Work directly with end-users to resolve issues and improve the end user experience
