Job Title: Interim Compensation Team Leader

DESCRIPTION:

Be an interim manager of the team which includes experts in broad-based compensation, recognition, relocation, and global mobility programs, policies and strategies.
Coach, develop and provide daily work direction to a team of compensation managers and compensation analysts.
Provide leadership for key compensation initiatives in partnership with COEs and global HR teams, including:
o Sustainability of recent performance management and pay program changes
o Compensation support for M&A and integration work
o Partner with key client groups on compensation implications to enterprise initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Minimum of 10 years of related experience required
? Bachelor's Degree Required; MBA preferred
? Previous experience with a global company
? Deep expertise in International compensation knowledge is preferred
? World at Work certified compensation professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification preferred
? Strong external network and professional group affiliation (ie. Conference Board or the like)
