Job Title: Interim Compensation Team Leader


Be an interim manager of the team which includes experts in broad-based compensation, recognition, relocation, and global mobility programs, policies and strategies.
Coach, develop and provide daily work direction to a team of compensation managers and compensation analysts.
Provide leadership for key compensation initiatives in partnership with COEs and global HR teams, including:
o Sustainability of recent performance management and pay program changes
o Compensation support for M&A and integration work
o Partner with key client groups on compensation implications to enterprise initiatives

? Minimum of 10 years of related experience required
? Bachelor's Degree Required; MBA preferred
? Previous experience with a global company
? Deep expertise in International compensation knowledge is preferred
? World at Work certified compensation professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification preferred
? Strong external network and professional group affiliation (ie. Conference Board or the like)
? Strong influence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across boundaries and develop effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
? Proven experience leading and building highly engaged teams
? Global awareness and cultural agility
? Exceptional consultation skills with client groups
? Business Mindset and Insight; Credible Influence; HR Mastery; Professional Maturity; Navigates the Organization, Strong Collaborator
? Workday experience STRONGLY preferred
