Job Title: Construction Manager

Responsible for providing project management to design and construction process of new cell sites site repairs and/or site modification/upgrade projects to existing facilities. Ensures high quality and timely delivery of design and construction project management related services, activities and support. Responsible for executing on tasks assigned for managing cell site and similar projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction in support of the NYCwin network including: general network development and modification activities; design, construction, and compliance with NYCwin and regulatory requirements. This role may also serve as a sub-project lead in larger-scale initiatives led by upper level management and receives mentoring and guidance from more experienced project managers.

Scope:
- Managing borough-based projects within assigned geographic area.
- Chairing daily deployment meetings to report activity
- Resolving build project issues. Planning and scheduling build walks and other site activity.
- Assigning and supervising field personnel to site activities.
- Conducting bid walks. Participating in bid award meetings.
- Tracking regional/borough-based build schedules.
- Generating required reports.
- Ensuring punch-list completion and build compliance.
- Experience managing multiple, simultaneous cellular construction projects, including experience with tower construction, cell site maintenance, civil construction.
- This position also requires hands-on wireless construction experience.
- General knowledge of other related disciplines. .Complete understanding and wide application of the technical principles, theories, and concepts of construction. Must understand prevailing wage categories and electrical and radio frequency engineering.
- Manages vendor relationships without escalation to senior management. Makes decisions on equipment purchases and services contracts independently.
