****Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, or DRM is preferred, but ANY large ERP will do (SAP, Peoplesoft, SQL, VBA). This person must be systems savvy in order to ramp up quickly. They'll need to be detail oriented as any unintentional changes will negatively impact financial statements.****

Job Summary and Mission
This job is integral to supporting our complex global, vertically integrated operations. The job contributes to our success by managing the day-to-day operations of the HFM application and related applications including the Oracle general ledger system. Drives the month-end financial close process. Provides user support and troubleshooting on these systems, input on business requirements, system and process enhancement support and documentation, system maintenance, and partner training. This role combines user support and troubleshooting, along with understanding business needs and driving system and process enhancements.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
? Managing day-to-day activities for HFM and related applications, including end user support, troubleshooting, and managing user access requests.
? Driving the monthly accounting close process.
? Overseeing application governance for HFM systems as well as Oracle general ledger.
? Manage loading of financial data between systems and ensuring integrity of such data
? Define and maintain metadata dimension structures within DRM / HFM
? Manage HFM business rules, and security access
? Develop and maintain financial reports
? Manage Oracle general ledger including cross-validation rules, security rules, open/close periods, managing / creating FSG's, etc.
? Manage FDM mapping, create locations, manage securities
? Deliver end user systems training to ensure and correct use of new tools, applications, and procedures.
? Participate in system implementation projects.
? Ensures appropriate controls are defined and followed, in accordance with SOX and KOSO
? Participates in rapid prototyping of system enhancements
? Develops recommendations and coordinates issue resolution with Information Technology (IT)
? Documents and communicates problem resolution.

Summary of Experience
? Bachelor's degree (required); accounting or finance emphasis (preferred)
? Minimum 3 years accounting / finance experience
? 4 years direct experience with Oracle ERP suite
? Knowledge of Oracle/GL business user base ? 2 years
? Development of business requirements ? 2 years
? Proficient in Excel; experience with other database tools
? End user support and training: 4 years
? Project Management ? 2 years

Basic Qualifications
Basic qualifications for this role are:
2 years working with Oracle ERP
2 year working in an accounting role
