Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted business advisor/sales executive to strategic accounts
  • Generate minimum number of direct contract and permanent staffing orders from managed accounts
  • Interact and build relationships with all levels of contacts within accounts
  • Act as the single point of contact between accounts and company in order to facilitate all communication and ensure the success of relationships
  • Maintain a successful track record in dealing with accounts of fortune 1000 size
  • Capable of managing a diverse team of delivery personnel and office administrators
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the strategic business and information technology direction of multiple accounts to better anticipate future technical requirements
  •  
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of staffing sales experience
  • Ability to leverage existing relationships within Fortune 1000 & 500 sized accounts
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
  • Ability to think outside of the box and perform within a challenging business climate
  • Strong understanding of and adherence to a solid sales methodology
  • Ability to provide both strong client and management references
  • Experience managing remote consultants/contractors at multiple client sites
  • Superior written and verbal communication
  • Superior interviewing skills
