  • 2 years customer service experience
  • Web and html conceptual understanding
  • Typing - 45+ wpm
  • MS Office
  • Email troubleshooting and deliverability experience preferred
Two years experience in customer support, troubleshooting. Must be very detail oriented, with positive attitude, and ability to learn and adapt to change easily. Technical aptitude needed, previous technical related support experience highly desired.
