  • Perform Helpdesk/Service desk functions/ triage Kronos application-related tickets
  • Work with internal customers to ensure all Kronos related tickets have relevant information before escalation
  • Work in ServiceNow environment for Incident resolution and enter detailed notes
  • Work closely with Kronos development and support team to resolve tickets in a timely manner
  • Work hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm
  • Training will be provided

Required skills and experience in one or several of the following areas:
  • Helpdesk skills
  • Good communication
  • Oracle SQL database querying skills
  • Timekeeping/Kronos experience a plus
  • ServiceNow experience(closing, assigning, updating incidents) a plus
  • BS In Computer Science/Computer Applications
