- Provide customer service to Service Now requests and incidents related to Load Balancers
- Ideal resource will have strong helpdesk and customer service skills with entry level but solid knowledge of F5 and Cisco load balancers and a solid knowledge of basic network concepts such as switching, routing, OSI layer and the fundamentals of traffic load balancing.
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills; must consider self highly skilled with tracking Service Now tickets, closing tickets in SLA high pressure enviornment and quickly deliver
status to the network lead and quickly return information to the customer.
3-5 years of Experience into entry level experience only for Cisco and F5 load balancers, but looking for a passion to learn and grow into more mature projects in the customer environment. Leadership and strong communication skills and energy are preferred.
Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
