  • The Technical Workflow Specialist will work with the gTech Users and Products (gUP) team to build and debug Authorable Workflows, in addition to some support configuration work. Work will primarily be focused in the Redwood internal tool, creating workflows that affect all gUP products.
  • Authorable Workflow Creation/Debugging/Maintenance: Create and deploy workflows that use signals and logic to display certain things to different users
  • Configuration work: create new low-complexity configurations; modify existing configurations; build working knowledge of configuration system for launching and testing purposes
  • Audit work: clean up rules and subexpressions used in internal tools
  • 5+ years of programming/engineering experience in any technology support or related work environment w/ ability to learn quickly, especially complex logic, API interfaces, etc in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; incredibly strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient/adept w/ common programming or scripting languages (eg, Python, Java, Javascript, AppScript) -- not looking for an engineer or full-stack developer, but someone with strong programming experience
  • CRM/CM experience a plus
  • Bachelor's of Science degree in computer science or human-computer interaction
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on multiple internal configuration tools at once
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
