TRM Technologies is currently looking for an Intermediate Business Process Consultant for one of their public sector clients.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Military Aerospace Equipment In-Service Support Program(s), or part(s) of:
The Bidder’s proposed resource should have a minimum of thirty six (36) months of demonstrated work experience in directly supporting Military Equipment In-Service Support Program(s) (ISS), or part(s) of, within the last sixty (60) months from date of bid closing, in one the following areas:
Relevant Experience in Consultant Category
Area 1: Minimum 36 months supporting Land and/or Sea Programs   5 pts
Area 2: Minimum 18 months supporting Aerospace programs, with remaining time supporting Land and/or Sea programs 10 pts
Area 3: Minimum 36 months supporting Aerospace Programs 15 pts
 
  • Experience in Sustainment Contracts:
The Bidder’s proposed resource should have a minimum of thirty six (36) months of demonstrated work experience directly related to providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Canadian Military Equipment Weapon System Managers (WSMs) in assessing, developing and/or managing their sustainment contract(s) in at least one of the following areas obtained within the last ten (10) years from date of bid closing:
Area 1: Participated in the development of Performance Management Framework(s) (PfMF) in support of performance-based sustainment contract(s) that may include incentives designed to ensure performance improvement and cost reduction in support of Military Equipment 10 pts;
Area 2: Participated in the assessment and/or improvement of existing Canadian military aerospace Optimized Weapon System Support (OWSS), In-Service Support Contracting Framework (ISSCF) sustainment contract(s) or any similar large and complex contracts 5 pts;
Area 3: Participated in the development and/or improvement of Performance Work Statement (PWS) documentation in support of the establishment of Canadian Military Equipment sustainment contract(s) 5 pts;
Area 4: Participated in the drafting and/or improvement of Technical Statements Of Work (SOW) as part of internal and inter-departmental Request For Proposal (RFP) documentation in support of the establishment of Canadian Military Equipment sustainment contract(s) 5 pts.
 
  • Experience in Sustainment Business Case Analysis (SBCA) and/or Business Case:
The Bidder’s proposed resource should have a minimum of
six (6) months of demonstrated work
experience directly related to providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to a Canadian Military Equipment Weapon System Managers (WSMs) in assessing, developing and/or managing their sustainment contracts in at least one of the following areas obtained from date of bid closing:
Area 1:  Actively participated in the preparation of a Business Case process in an ongoing capacity for the renewal or development of an in-service support contract of at least
$5 million in support of Canadian Military Equipment
5 pts;
Area 2:  Participated in applying any versions of the Sustainment Business Case Analysis (SBCA) process of the Sustainment Initiative for the renewal or development of a sustainment contract in support of Canadian Military Equipment 5 pts;
Area 3: Participated in planning, preparing and coordinating SBCA related governance and project management documents such as, but not limited to, Industry Engagement Plans, Defence Procurement Strategy (DPS) Governance Committee briefings, Project Charters/Schedules and Letters of Interest 5 pts.
