Role and Responsibilities

Our Federal Government client requires an Intermediate and Senior Project Manager to plan, manage and monitor assigned projects, including various web application development, business process implementation and accommodations projects, as well as to contribute to the project portfolio intake process and project management framework maturity.
Qualifications and Experience for Intermediate PM
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience (within the last 10 years) in project management
  • Successfully completed at least one (1) project of minimum duration of 12 consecutive months as a Project Manager, within a Federal, Municipal or Provincial Government entity (Department or Agency)
  • Successfully completed at least one (1) technology project with the total project value over $500,000
  • Successfully completed at least one (1) accommodations (lease renewal/move) project with the total project value over $500,000
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience (within the last 7 years) in in project portfolio management
  • Experience (within the last 10 years) in business case development
  • Experience in managing the financial resources, requirements and implications of complex projects in a business environment
  • Experience in providing Risk Management analysis and recommendations
    PM Professional Certification:
    • 1) PMP (Project Management Professional), or
    • 2) PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environment).

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience (within the last 15 years) in project management
  • Successfully completed at least two (2) projects of minimum duration of 12 consecutive months as a Project Manager, within a Federal, Municipal or Provincial Government entity (Department or Agency)
  • Successfully completed at least one (1) technology project with the total project value over $1,000,000
  • Successfully completed at least one (1) accommodations (lease renewal/move) project with the total project value over $1,000,000
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience (within the last 10 years) in in project portfolio management
  • Experience (within the last 10 years) in business case development
  • Experience in managing the financial resources, requirements and implications of complex projects in a business environment
  • Experience in providing Risk Management analysis and recommendations
  • PM Professional Certification:
    • 1) PMP (Project Management Professional), or
    • 2) PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environment).
