This position is for an experienced health economics and outcomes research professional to support value demonstration of immuno-oncology treatments in areas such as head and neck and gynecological tumors. The position will entail identifying opportunities and leading studies to differentiate and enhance value propositions for immuno-oncology assets including large scale observational studies. Substantial engagement with cross-functional internal and external collaborators will require a high level of organizational leadership and communication skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage budgets, provide HEOR input to clinical trial design, and develop HEOR strategies. Direct efforts to build dossiers for submission to HTA authorities to support market access activities. The candidate should fulfill the following criteria: A minimum of a Master's degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research and/or a Pharm.D. with Fellowship experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research is required.
A Ph.D. in in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research or related discipline is preferred. T
he candidate should have a minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, or with a company that provides services to the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in executing an HEOR book of work to support worldwide value and access for a medicine is required. The candidate should have very strong written and verbal communication skills and be capable of distilling the essential elements of complex issues for senior internal and external stakeholders and scientific and non-scientific audiences alike. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative with experience operating in a highly matrixed organization. Experience in oncology is preferred.
