The Chatbot Designer will consult enterprise clients and build chatbots on the Client platform. This role will include business analysis, content creation, and UX design.
Client is a Customer Engagement Solution that connects customers to businesses through the power of smart messaging to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build chatbots according to business processes and UX design best practices
  • "Conversationalize” content to fit chatbot UI
  • Participate in customer journey sessions with clients
  • Leverage Client's AI capabilities, including training NLU and tracking performance
  • Provide feedback to Product to continuously evolve Client's platform
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience
  • BA or BS from top tier school
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical acumen and motivation to learn fast
  • Experience using interpersonal communication and presentation skills to present ideas effectively and strategically present ideas to senior level management and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Python 3, REST & SOAP APIs a plus
  • Proficient in Excel, CSV file data manipulation
