IBM stack (WAS, Client, DB2, content mgr - Latest versions) on Windows VMs

It involves completing 6 online courses, completing two forms (background check and non-disclosure), client completing the background check and final approval from the client project director. We cannot start these steps until we get clearance that we are good to proceed.

Project Role: Online Procedures Analyst

will be responsible for updating existing and developing new content for an online user procedures manual as part of a new system development project.

Experience with MS Office applications, prior business process development and user-friendly technical writing experience is a must. A background in Public Sector/State Government and Health and Human Service programs is preferred. Experience using Adobe® RoboHelp® is a plus.

The Online Procedures Analyst will be responsible for:
?Analyzing various project documents for the purposes of authoring content for end-user online help and end-user procedures (e.g., requirements, design, and change impact documentation)
?Drafting user-friendly language to document procedures
?Facilitating review sessions with various project stakeholders to confirm draft content
?Assisting the Online Procedures Lead with validation and verification of content contained in online user procedures
?Mapping/linking developed content to system pages using metadata
?Authoring content in Microsoft Office products
?Testing developed content in Adobe® RoboHelp®
?Establishing effective work relationships with team members and other project stakeholders

Required Skills:
?In depth ?hands on? experience writing and developing content for online user procedures manual
?Experience writing and developing end-user materials
?Experience translating technical language into user-friendly procedures/instructions
Experience:
?Experience with MS Office applications, prior business process development and user-friendly writing experience is a must
