Description/Comment: The Account Manager, Digital Client Services will manage digital advertising campaigns and relationships with top tier customer accounts. This position partners closely with Sales, Planning, Marketing, Advertising Production, and various technical teams to ensure that advertising customers have comprehensive technical support and superior client service pre and post-sale. The Account Manager understands customer advertising priorities and strategies. This position will also escalate and troubleshoot issues and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of systems and tools, applications and process. The Account Manager will also be expected to manage invoice reconciliation. Candidates must be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. 


Responsibilities 
• Responsible for the coordination of media running on the ESPN digital, video and mobile platforms 
• Project manages media and advertising revenue with various groups within the organization: Sales, Sales Marketing, Inventory, Planning, Ad Production, DAI, Ad Services, Revenue Operations, and Site Production 
• Responsible for processing advertising contracts and coordinating deal points with Asset Management and the Ad Services teams 
• Responsible for coordinating, testing, uploading and troubleshooting creative assets and third party tags 
• Works closely with both sales and clients to support all aspects of digital advertising campaigns 
• Confirms and enter all contact and billing information prior to campaign launch 
• Monitors the bill type and billing workflow for advertising revenue and campaigns 
• Completes all client worksheets and spec templates for proposals including sometimes using vendor-owned sites such as Atlas, MediaVisor, and iDesk to submit campaign information to clients for approval 
• Facilitates screenshot requests 
• Responsible for staying up to date on all campaign and sales related updates such as: media kit, marketing and sales packages, and product or site enhancements 
• Creates agency requested custom reports 
• Resolves reporting discrepancies 
• Project manages campaign re-expressions with internal teams and clients to ensure contractual delivery 
• Consistently monitors and reviews all live digital media campaigns to ensure site integrity and sponsor campaign functionality 
• Works with credit and collections and agencies to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely payment of invoices 
• Process and submit invoice adjustments to accounting 
• Identifies and resolved reporting and invoicing discrepancies 
• Must be efficient and respond to various internal and external advertising stakeholders 
• Ensures that best practices are followed and that all campaign related issues are resolved efficiently
 
Basic Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of digital account management experience 
• Bilingual: English and Spanish 
• Well organized and detail oriented 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Microsoft Office proficiency 
• Functional understanding of HTML, Flash, databases, and other web technologies desirable 

Is proficient in working in advertising related ad serving and ad management tools, including but not limited to: Google Ad Manager, Operative, WideOrbit
Preferred Qualifications • 2 years of digital advertising account management experience 
• Self-motivated, able to look at data and provide insight related to revenue recognition 
• Effective problem resolution skills with proven ability to remove roadblocks 
• Proven ability to cultivate sales and client relationship
Required Education Bachelor's or relevant experience
