Duratiuon-12 Months(Possible Extension)
- Strong work experience, SNOW, O365 and Win 7 -10 support
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing hands-on and remote technical support to Laptop and Desktop users.
- Experience using Problem Management systems: Service Now Microsoft Certification.
- Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 Troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot all MS applications, including O365.
- Experience supporting Outlook/Exchange.
- Knowledge of Jabber and MAC OS.
- Knowledge of remote tools for troubleshooting: Candidate must have excellent Customer service skills, communication and organization skills, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
