Basic Qualifications Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Strong experience with ServiceNow, ITSM. Demonstrated strong experience in Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs,. Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to transcribe technical details into non-technical terms for communicating with the business segment stakeholders. Ability to communicate and influence within all areas of the company. Ability to multitask. Experience and ability in conflict management to resolve issues. 5 years of working in large enterprise environment
 
Additional Information Notes from intake: 
This position will be working with the change management team to coordinate and manage change request as 21CF differs from Disney processes. This position will take guidance from the change management team on requests with Disney.

1.Change management experience- must know and worked with change processes 
2. Network Experience- knows Network Engineering-The ins and outs of understanding technologies- how & why it is used 
3. Skilled in the art of organization- must be well organized, and have the ability to coordinate work with others- must be able to take an environment used to doing things one way and gearing 

4. Soft Skills- must be able to have the skills to promote change 
5. ITIL is a great background to have with solid change management experience
