Job Profile Summary
 
This position is for a detail oriented, highly-skilled Executive Assistant. This position will support the continuity of administrative work operations in a team environment. The candidate should be proactive, responsible, thoughtful, organized, composed and reliable.
 
Job Profile Description
 
Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multi-task, an eye for detail and previous project management experience preferred. Responsibilities will include:
 
  • Maintaining calendars, including scheduling meetings and all associated details
  • Coordinating travel itineraries including flights, hotels and ground transportation
  • Processing expenses
  • Undertaking general administrative duties with specific projects as required
  • Appropriately prioritizing competing needs in order to maintain optimal business operations
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide back-up coverage, support overflow work from teammates
 
Required:
  • Basic EA roles and responsibilities providing support for a team.
  • Helping on a few special projects as required , working with other EA's
  • Provide support in arranging travel, experience with Excel is preferred
