Job Description:
With the continued growth of the organization, the TA function has the opportunity to improve and create worldwide consistency on how we use data and Insights to tell the story from a user experience.
In this role you will be responsible for developing key metrics, uncovering insights and delivering critical analysis that will lead to data-informed decisions and guide business strategy in attracting and engaging candidates. The successful candidate will work closely with TA Leadership team, to use data to influence recruitment strategy and contribute to the success of the organization.
Your expertise will influence decisions made at the highest levels of the company.

Essential Functions:
Analyze, visualize, and provide analytics on data to build reporting solutions to support the Talent Acquisition team reporting needs and initiatives.

Design and set up automated dashboards for key metrics, extract the insights that will have the biggest impact, and be comfortable with sharing a narrative that complements the data.

Be flexible and work on ad hoc and special projects based on changing business needs

Continually seek opportunities to help us work smarter and more efficiently via new/refined tools for reporting:
o Conduct analyses in the areas of talent acquisition, mobility and diversity
o Leverage data to analyze & identify improvements opportunities within TA and business
o Connect data from different sources to uncover insights and support actionable solutions
o Drive analytical projects that provide insights related to our talent acquisition strategy

In this role you will:
Apply a breadth of tools and analytical techniques to answer a wide range of TA-related business questions
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
Partner with the recruiters to translate findings into story- telling and actionable business insights.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Analysis

Data analysis skills and proven analytical experience

Proven ability to:
-Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
-Perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines (ability to multitask in a deadline intensive environment).
-Summarize data and create presentations to help business to evaluate the hiring efficiency of their department
- Formulate and translate analytics into concrete trends and correlative action items for leadership appraisal

Willingness to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities
Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables, with tight timelines

Presentation skills
Curiosity and Business acumen required.

Ideal candidate will have one or all of the following backgrounds: TA/Recruiting, Finance or Sales Operations experience

Must be very proficient with Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau
Working knowledge of Workday, SQL and PowerPoint would be a plus

Works well internationally with a diverse community of individuals
