Job Description:
Candidate Experience Coordinator
Specific Job Requirements
The role will require, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
• Scheduling on-site interviews and partnering with senior level Administrative Co-ordinators
• Liaising with Recruitment Partners to create a seamless, high touch, candidate experience
• Communicate with Recruiting Partners, Hiring Manager and Candidates throughout the approval routing process to ensure timely delivery of an offer
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with senior to executive level candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date
• Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive experience by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
• Entering and tracking candidate information in database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information
• Ad-hoc reporting and business reporting, as required
• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
• Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow-up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
• Co-ordinating complex candidate travel (international/domestic) and expenses

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of directly relevant experience or 6 + years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree will be considered
• Experience of supporting management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm
• Making candidate care a priority – ensuring that every candidate experiences outstanding service at each step of the process
• Closely collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team (Resourcing Excellence, Programs, I&D) to deliver a highly-distinguished candidate experience
• PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools, requisition management and business reporting
• Preferable experience of working with Workday and Concur
