Job Summary
Job Description: Lenovo seeks a part-time Production Coordinator to support Lenovo's in-house creative content lab. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Acquiring quotes for upcoming projects (print, video, digital, events brand experiences)
? Sourcing print, digital, brand experience vendors
? Facilitating access to venues, talent, and props
? Coordinating production logistics
? Tracking expenses
? Assisting the Production Manager with video shoots and brand experience projects (PA responsibilities on shoots of varying complexity)
? Providing video edit support and simple animations
Required Technical/Functional Skills: ? Highly organized with superior communication skills
? Strong multi-tasking skills
? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
? Proficiency with Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe AfterEffects
Required Education/Experience/Licenses: ? Minimum 2 years of related video/event production experience
Preferred Technical/Functional Skills:
Preferred Education/Experience/Licenses: ? AA or BA preferred but not required
