Job Title: HR Shared Services Associate - II
Work Location: Foster City, CA
Length of Assignment: 6 Months Long Contract 
Position Type: Contract Full Time

Essential Duties and Job Functions:
• Support Instructor-led classroom course delivery and logistics:
o Coordinate course enrollment and scheduling on a long-term and short-term basis
o Manage relationships with client managers at partner course providers; escalate issues when necessary
o Ensure seamless course delivery onsite, including coordination with Facilities and Catering
o Prepare course materials; manage materials inventory; set up and clean up classrooms
o Serve as onsite contact and support for facilitators
o Provide support to other North America and worldwide locations
• Support vendor partnerships, manage work orders and scheduling with those partners
• Manage the Learning & Development Inbox
• Support logistics for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
• Serve as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator
o Ensure Learning & Development (L&D) course schedules and descriptions are up-to-date and accurate
o Generate standard and ad-hoc reports
o Complete training-related transactions including: assign HR training modules, maintain training completions, test elearning, and automate notifications
o Support the Associate Director of Curriculum with program analytics
• Support leadership development program logistics, including coordinating with hotels
• Schedule L&D project-related meetings with multiple attendees
• Support L&D course marketing efforts as well as internal communications between Learning & Development, HRBPs and other groups
• Participate in the on-going evolution of the Learning & Development operations, service delivery and process improvement
• Contribute to broader HR projects as needed
• Provide general status updates, knowledge transfer and support to the broader Talent, Development & Inclusion team

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
• Strong organization and time management skills; able to manage tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially
• Demonstrated trouble-shooting/problem-solving mindset and capabilities
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone skills
• Able to interface effectively with many levels of employees, and the ability to effectively manage working relationships with external partners and facilitators
• Able to perform job responsibilities and duties under minimal supervision
• Effective teamwork

Academic Level:
• BA/BS degree preferred

Additional Information:
• An interest in Learning & Development and/or Human Resources a plus, but not required
• Experience in training administration, and with a learning management system, a definite plus
• This position requires the ability to move boxes of course materials, up to 20 lbs, from building to building with the use of a hand cart.
