Job Description:
  • Should be very strong on Mobility support.
  • Win7/Win 10 OS hands on support
  • This role requires critical MaaS360, VMware skills, WIN 10 & MAC OS, One Drive, MS Office 365, skills. Candidates must specialize and have working knowledge of MacBook\MacOS support in an enterprise environment.
  • Office 2003/2007/2010 support And office 365 support.
  • Executive end user trouble shooting skills.
  • Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments
  • The candidate must also be able to support Mobility Devices (phone and tablet) (setup and support) of multiple platforms including Apple, Android, and Microsoft
  • Active Directory, Break/fix, ticketing system Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
