Duration: 05 Months contract

Minimum requirements: 
BA/BS in Computer Science/ Information Systems, Business, Engineering, etc. or equivalent work experience. 
Desired requirements: Advanced degree is a plus. 

Experience Minimum requirements:
4 years of job related experience in Information Technology. 
3 years of experience in business or operations analysis. 
Can have less experience in case of an advanced degree. 
Participation in projects or operations of medium to high complexity.  
Knowledge of SAP financials, timekeeping, procurement module (Ariba desired) 
Familiarity with the corresponding Line of Business-related functions. 

Desired requirements: 
Typically has 5+ years of job related experience in Information Technology, which may include or be in addition to 5+ years of experience in business analysis or operations 
Working experience with the corresponding Line of Business, cross functional teams, project delivery teams 

Extensive participation in projects or operations of high complexity.

Job Description:

Business Systems - Identifies business systems problems and opportunities for improvement and simplification. Takes initiative action to control and improve processes. Roles and responsibilities:

May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Minimum requirements:  Very knowledgeable about the business requirements process and operations. 
Detail oriented, analytical, good oral and written communication skills. 
Strong understanding of the utility business and several functional areas of the related Line of Business. 
Working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, including Excel and Visio. 
Working knowledge of SAP financials, Ariba /procurement systems 
Knowledge of SAP financials, timekeeping, procurement module (Ariba desired)  
Ability to work with different teams across disciplines and levels. 
Ability to create visual representation of Business Processes or operations using swim lane diagrams, business process flows, data flows, functional breakdown structures, etc. Desired requirements: 
Working knowledge of relational databases, including data querying.
