Duration: 12 months with possible extension of more
- Highly skilled professional with strong Deskside skills to provide support at R1 account (Chicago, IL). Support includes workstation / laptops / ipads / iphones, specialized applications and Office 365.
- Win7/Win 10 OS hands on support
- Must have previous experience in white glove VIP support. This role requires a very high level of technical proficiency and requires an individual with executive presence and strong communication skills, articulates well - verbal and written.
- Neat in appearance.
- After hour support expected to setup/prep teleconf room for board meetings.
- The candidate must quickly / effectively diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, laptops, mobile devices video-conference, application software, telecommunication issues and potentially local network issues. Prior experience supporting MS applications, Desktop/Laptops, mobile technologies and Devices and network connectivity. Familiar with Service Now.
