Job Title: Training Developer
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 3+Months
Pay Rate: $74.08/hr 

Job Description:
Client is looking for an experienced Training Developer that can be deployed to specific projects to develop training materials (i.e. e-learning; instructor-led courses; job aids; quick reference guides; work instructions; exercises; video learnings; etc.). The Training Developer will be required to be on-site. The individual will have the responsibility to design appropriate training solutions in support of the process improvements, changes and/or system implementations on assigned projects.

REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 - 7 years related business experience (i.e. learning and development)
• Ability to work cooperatively with project teams
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate well at all levels in the organization
• Tenacity and dedication to delivering on expectations and requirements
• Adult education and learning skills and principles knowledge
• Training design & principles skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to accurately estimate time and cost for deliverables based on project requirements
• Customer focus
• Knowledge of adult learning development models
• Camtasia and/or Captivate experience (or other video learning software)
• Large scale project team participant

PREFERENCES:
• SAP SuccessFactors software knowledge and experience
• Recruiting processes and systems
• Experience working in a combined Agile and Waterfall methodology
