The successful candidate will:
Administrate a rapidly growing MS Windows infrastructure.
Deliver MS Windows engineering solutions based on architectural roadmaps.
Integrate MS Windows with required Corporate services such as virus protection, cybersecurity tools, backup, and monitoring.
Define administrative and operational processes according to MS Windows best practice.
Design and implement a solution to automate MS Windows operating system and software patching.
Participate in Active Directory Group Policy design, implementation, and maintenance.
Serve as point of contact for vendors and IT colleagues.
Provide technical leadership and serve as a focal point for guidance and knowledge in the execution of environment changes, as well as for product evaluation and selection, deployment, and upgrades.
Participate in requirements analysis, documentation, engineering, planning, training, user acceptance testing, and production implementation of the MS Windows infrastructure.
Deliver on-call level 3 support and root cause analysis as needed to troubleshoot MS Windows Server and Workstation issues in complex, fast-paced environment.

Required Experience & Knowledge:
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation architecture and internals (up to and including MS Windows Server 2012), including file system, registry, networking, and security.
High proficiency with at least one Windows configuration management system, such as Microsoft System Center 2012 Suite.
Extensive experience with MS Windows troubleshooting and performance measurement.
Experience with at least one software packaging system, such as MSI or Wise.
Understanding of networking technologies, including Microsoft Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, NetBIOS, WINS, SMB, 802.11 wireless, and 802.1x certificate authentication.
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming environment, preferably PowerShell.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including clear and accurate technical documentation.
Ability and desire to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math.
At least 5 years of MS Windows administration experience.

Preferred Experience:
Experience working with virtual servers and workstations, either VMware or Hyper-V.
Experience supporting the MS Office business suite and IE, Firefox, and Chrome.
Working knowledge of MS App-V.
Experience with at least one cloud computing environment, such as MS Azure or Amazon EC2.
Experience with OpenSource software.
