We are looking for a high-impact Technical Project Support Engineer who can provide technical clarity and support for our client’s tools in their customer facing contact centers.

What you'll be focused on:

• Support for all Tech contact center integration
• Support of all Contact Centers
• Help plan and strategize the optimized architecture of our client's contact center environment to meet our client’s needs
• Assist in gathering business requirements for contact center technology projects
• Assist in translating business requirements to technical specifications, configuration, administration, and use cases of technical tools/architecture
• Provide expertise to business teams regarding vendor and internal technical environments and capabilities, helping drive strategies, set expectations, and effectively executed projects
• Lead and manage technology audits of external operations teams to determine level of compliance with technology standards and configurations, resiliency and continuous operations
• Drive interactions between internal technology/business project teams and outsourcer technology teams to design architecture, scope, cost, and timelines for potential projects
• SME for partner technology, capabilities and infrastructure
• Collaborate with Partner Ops and Service Delivery to establish technical requirements for partner MSAs
• Site support & advocacy
• Proxy/Assist vendor project managers in providing updates to overall projects team of progress, risks, and budget as needed
• Point of contact for 3rd party vendor technical escalations
• Support partner site integration and migration
• Command Center Support
• Provide technical troubleshooting assistance as needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of contact center technology and operations
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN topology and technology
• Knowledge of performance and application testing
• General understanding of databases
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• a willingness to take ownership in areas of expertise
• Ability to travel as needed
Work Experience and Education Guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computing related discipline or a combination of experience and education
• Experience with a networking environment
• Experience with cloud computing preferred
