Under the direction and oversight of the Change Strategy Manager, the selected candidate will provide change management expertise to develop and implement strategy and support communications, training and business readiness activities for assigned initiatives with companywide impact. This role will focus on the people side of change and contribute to the overall success of the customer-focused, flexible Program Management Organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and develop management of communications
  • Deliver against communication strategies, such as development and deployment identification of user population, monitor progress, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and program team members in the creation and development of communication deliverables
  • Assess impact of change: Conduct impact analysis, evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Track and report issues
  • Document action items and decisions, track project timelines and milestones, contribute to development of communication and presentation material and status reports of assigned projects
  • Support development, coordination and delivery of user change readiness engagement activities including, but not limited to: regular team meetings, information sessions, Voice of Customer surveys, trainings, focus sessions, etc.
  • Support execution of post go live change plan for projects including: lessons learned, post evaluation and operationalize activities, etc.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Equivalent Experience:
  • Previous experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills: must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
  • High degree of personal initiative to deliver quality deliverables and high level of customer service
  • Follow through with assignments and meet strict deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Flexible and able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Microsoft Office tools and knowledge
  • Experience with large scale organizational change effort
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in driving organizational change adoption – Change Management certification or designation a plus
