Risk Data, Analytics and Technology (RDAT) oversees risk data aggregation, controls, reporting and analysis across all Risk Management teams, including the function of the Risk Data Transformation Sponsor, accountable for Risk's overall data efforts, working closely with the enterprise data office. RDAT is responsible for enterprise reporting, data management, and technology innovation that is fundamental to Risk Management within Client. RDAT is a global organization growing by leaps and bounds, seeking to fill a role within the RDAT Strategy team.

Risk Data, Analytics and Technology Strategy (RDAT Strategy) is a subset of the organization responsible for conducting strategic planning and execution of organizational strategies, requiring technical knowledge and the ability to develop new techniques for improvement of processes and workflow. The successful candidate will investigate, formulate, and integrate solutions across all areas of risk. Role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, organization, motivation and communication. Strong diplomacy skills are required to deal with a range of clients as well as technology partners, as well as the independent delivery and management of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Due to the exponential growth of RDAT, this role will focus on recruitment efforts globally, focused on inclusive hiring and equal opportunities
• Work will include analysis, developing strategy, managing projects, and driving organizationally impactful initiatives including but not limited to organizational design, performance metrics, budget, capacity planning, location strategy, headcount and recruiting
• Lead organizational projects to execute strategy and deliver results across all risk stripes
• Realize opportunities to improve the timing, efficiency, and degree of automation for reporting deliverables
• Lead relevant forums and discussions to communicate and coordinate strategy across the local and broader groups
• Resolve complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of basic operations and business processes, procedures, and industry standards for business supported
• Demonstrate ability to lead projects and/or offer solutions
• Liaise across multiple teams

Target Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience in a financial services or related role related to recruiting or similar background
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and quantitative/analytical skills
• Demonstrated accomplishment in problem solving and project management
• Track record of strong execution and delivery capabilities
• Experience with, or willingness to learn about risk management concepts across all risk stripes
• Knowledge of and experience with BI tools such as Tableau preferred
• Proficient with SharePoint and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience leading and influencing, acting as a team player, and demonstrating strong work ethic
• Capability to summarize and present information to senior management in a concise and insightful way
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a high volume and complex environment with changing priorities
