This role will run the Focus Group Work Streams and coordinate SME liaisons with business client engagements.
Responsible for real-Time Communications Product Requirements Management
Deep dive due diligence into feature specifics with requesting stakeholder, this will involve leading client engagements
Coordinate and lead the Business Focus Groups with any new technology, it's important to get stakeholder and client engagement early into the programme to ensure mutual outcomes and adoption.
Using focus group Client, fine tune requirements Includes frequent Global Operations Service Management and Group Product Management updates and review.
Driving User Adoption strategy
From the knowledge of the Business Focus Groups and overall Requirements Management, leverage this leadership to drive the User Adoption Strategy.
Coordinate and set guidance and Statement of Work refinement for the assigned consultants who will create the materials and carry out training. This to be done in partnership with Group Product Management and the Operations Service Management delegates Responsible for the end user communications content and plan Working with the Operations Service Management team, develop and help coordinate Product Management best practice base materials and recommended communications plan
However, the candidate must be fluent and capable of fulfilling the following:
Global Product Manager accountable for the service management of Real time Communications Platform Services. Encompasses owning roadmap for Presence & IM services, Unified Communications integrations which includes enterprise voice, video and connectivity to external networks.
Role will be focused initially on the success of Lync 2013 Enterprise Voice Programme success responsible for bleeding edge communications technologies, service realization, and especially end user adoption.
Will join a dynamic Collaboration Technologies Product Management team of peers focusing on the product management and service creations of enterprise wide communications and collaboration technologies transforming how this enterprise does business both internally and with external parties.

3+ years as Product Manager ICT (either financial or technology industry background is sufficient)
3+ years Management Experience or at least experience of leadership in a matrix report line
Strong presentation skills both in content generation and communication Excellent business management skills, inclusive of the ability to communicate with senior executives
Strong on-your-feet problem solving skills Strong analytical skills, inclusive of financial analytics and cost determination Strong mediation and facilitation skills
Ability to coordinate regional and global efforts
Able to promote teamwork and communication / information sharing
Excellent knowledge of end-to-end IT operations, application- and infrastructure landscape for their assigned product/platform
2+ years Project Management history desired Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or related field is preferred.
At least 5+ years of professional experience in Technology Infrastructure
