Statement of Work:
MeF is a platform for electronically filing returns with the IRS. It provides SOA based web services that filers use to submit returns, and provides web applications for IRS users to work with the returns. MeF validates filed returns, determines their disposition, and interfaces with other IRS systems for downstream processing of the returns. IBM developed and enhanced MeF since 2001.

Task Description:
Integrated Master Scheduler responsible for coordinating all schedule inputs across multiple IRS projects/disciplines.

Primary Duties:
?Execute integrated master scheduling functions across multiple IRS projects including reporting, integration of activities, and schedule risk analysis ? 40%
?Integrate schedules and activities, including assessments of resources, resource conflicts, and critical path analyses ? 30%
?Assist in managing projects to completion according to prescribed schedules and assist program managers in resolving issues related to the schedule ? 30%

Required Skills:
?Experience with Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, and supporting activities - 5 years
?Proficiency in Microsoft Project (v2013 preferred), Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - 5 years
?Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from the software development team to the client leadership team - 5 years
?Proficient in the development and tracking of internal metrics - 5 years
?Excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills - 5 years

Preferred Skills:
?Experience with supporting programs and contracts in the federal government
?Experience with developing resource loaded schedules
?Experience with earned value management
