Coordinate and track progress and implementation of IT consulting projects.
Ensure deadlines are met, resolve scheduling issues, and track personnel.
Keep informed of project progress and prepare reports for customers, management, and vendors.
Performs general tasks and completes routine assignments.
Receives assistance in the completion of more complex assignments.
Developing proficiency within discipline.
Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

Required
3-5 years' experience in a similar role gathering estimates, establishing budget, tracking budget, and forecasting.
Proficiency with financials and related analytics - candidates must have analytical and financial experience.
Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - must be on resume.
Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Project - again, must be on resume.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to take direction and execute as instructed.
Good time management skills.

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Microsoft Office Certification.
Experience with JIRA or TFS a plus

***ADDITIONAL NOTES FROM THE HIRING MANAGER***
PC will support PMs in the revenue Management portfolio for large programs.
Will assist PMs with management of financials, assist with running meetings, chasing deadlines, and task management.
Candidates with IT project experience will be considered first, but the manager will still review candidates without IT industry experience (i.e. if they have experience running a project and helping manage budget for a company that does construction, real estate, banking, etc.)
Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - test scores a plus.
Extension possible after 6 months, depending on performance.
Manager will either complete phone screens, followed by onsite interviews, or schedule onsite interviews as a first round.
