|This position is an individual contributor role responsible for completing complex assignments and implementing compliant and efficient processes, training, and continuous improvements to support Operations and the HEOR function.|
Recommends and implements process improvement projects and may assist Sr PMO Program Managers with executing larger cross functional projects.
Assess impact of compliance/regulatory/legal requirements and develop training materials.
Support new system launches with PM support, transition activities, and cross-functional integration.
With minimal supervision, provide Training Coordinator support for department. Scope includes assigning training per policies, update SOPs as needed, and create training and transition plans.
Manage departmental communications and provide editorial support
Executes the HEOR monitoring programs, recommends and addresses resulting corrective/preventive action plans.
Assists with internal audits.
Required: Advanced technology skills including Microsoft Office and Share Point.
Required: Proficient in the tools and techniques of Project Management and/or Business Excellence.
Required: Attention to detail, organization skills and accuracy following step by step work guides.
Preferred: Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience. Experience in drug development process/project management.
Preferred: Experience and background in training.
Preferred: Contracting, compliance, quality, business systems, and/or SOP/training development and facilitation experience.
Ability to lead teams in a matrix environment preferred.
Ability to work independently. Strong written and interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills. Ability to clearly present, influence, and logically justify positions/proposals. Self- motivated.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on details while keeping the big picture in mind.
Demonstrated ability to apply rational and sound decision-making to gray areas and think strategically. Process-oriented: ability to interpret high-level requirements and translate into efficient processes. Proficient technology skills required. Familiarity with MS SharePoint, OrgPlus, and SalesForce desired.
