Artech is currently seeking to add to the below position.

Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services
Job ID: 18-26750
Location: Weston FL
Duration: 12 months with possible extension of more
Job Description:
  • Win7/Win 10 OS hands on support
  • Office 2003/2007/2010 support And office 365 support.
  • Executive end user trouble shooting skills.
  • Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments
  • The candidate must also be able to support Mobility Devices (phone and tablet) (setup and support) of multiple platforms including Apple, Android, and Microsoft
  • MS Office suite of tools (up through O365) as well as MS Outlook.
  • Active Directory, Break/fix, ticketing system Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Required to travel north as well to the West Palm Beach area which is about 1+ hr away.
  • They must have their own vehicle and must be willing to do local travel, Mileage will be paid
  • They must be able to work any shift in a Monday through Friday 7AM -5PM window.
  • They must have a valid license, a vehicle, and the ability to drive during the day
