Signage & Wayfinding Project Engineer

Client Profile
Our client is a well-established signage and displays manufacturer and installation organisation providing turnkey solutions for a wide spectrum of industries including retail outlets and shopping malls, hospitals, hotels and restaurants and residential and corporate buildings using traditional and state of the art technology. The Project Engineer will be responsible for the cost effective and efficient installation and maintenance of displays, wayfinding and signage focusing on quality service delivery timescales.

The Role
Conduct site visits and meet with contractors, consultants and clients to establish the project scope, milestones, budget and costs, resources, material specifications and construction drawings.
Liaising with the client on all aspects of the project including installation, maintenance, replacement and handover and managing the approvals for changes to the original project scope.
Vendor coordination, work flow scheduling and assisting in final billing.
Preparation and presentation of project status reports and tracking projects.

Essential Skills & Experience
5 – 7 years' GCC experience in project management related to LED and digital signage, wayfinding, audio visual, video walls, interior fit out turnkey solutions with the ability to collect and present project information to clients, architects, engineers, manufacturers and vendors.
Excellent working knowledge of animated and awning signs, building fascia, building mounted and canopy signage.
Ability to read architectural, engineering and AutoCAD drawings.
UAE driving license.


Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is mandatory
