Client Profile
Our client is an NHS surgery based in Hounslow and we are recruiting an experienced administrator with strong organisational, communication and administration skills.

The Role
Preparation and follow up for referral, surgery and treatment appointments with hospitals and external medical services providers
Medical notes summarization for patient records
Scanning of documents, letters and results for patients on the electronic and hard copy files
Read coding for patient records
Essential Skills & Experience Required
UK experience in a medical administration role
Experience of SystmOne or GP Links

Essential Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Proficient use of MS Office including Excel.

Candidate Profile
Able to commute to Hounslow daily
Ability to read, write and speak English
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Confident and outgoing personality
Ability to prioritize and work autonomously using own initiative

Education
Diploma educated as a minimum

Candidates will be required to provide a DBS certificate and references.

Candidates must be living in the UK and have the right to work in the UK
