Sales Support Executive

Client Profile
Our client provides specialist turnkey solutions consultancy providing, concept design, installation and after sales support for large scale commercial and industrial projects. We are currently recruiting experienced sales support executives and coordinators to provide technical assistance to the sales, technical and design teams.

The Role
Act as the first point of contact for clients and handle all order-related activities including client communication, providing quotes, technical information and delivery and installation schedules.
Support and grow existing client accounts, maintain an active customer base, follow up on sales enquiries, proposals and quotes, arrange sales meetings and site visits, conduct post-sales and post-installation follow up calls with clients, resolve and escalate client queries and issues.
Assist with preparing tenders, quotes, proposals, RFPs and RFPs.
Update the CRM system with relevant sales information.
Follow with vendors, contractors, consultations and update clients and project and sales teams accordingly.
Liaise with clients for payments.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
3-4 years' UAE experience in B2B client account management, sales support, project or sales coordination and inbound and outbound telephone account management.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the building materials and equipment industry such as flooring, digital and LED signage, AV equipment, interactive displays, lighting and interior fit out.
Proficient use of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint and a CRM and ERP system.
Diploma education as a minimum.
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Currently living in the UAE and able to travel or relocate to Al Quoz or Dubai Investment Park (DIP).
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to liaise with clients, vendors and contractors.
