Food Service Senior Key Account Sales Executive

Client Profile
Our client is fast growing food service organization specializing in private label and tailored pre-packed foods and we are recruiting an experienced Key Account Sales Executive from the food service distribution industry to join their team in Dubai to focus on servicing existing distributor and end customer accounts and sourcing new business opportunities to generate increased volume, profitable growth, revenue and market penetration.
 
The Role
Lead generation, prospecting, develop and build a pipeline of new business opportunities with major accounts through cold calling, email marketing, referrals, networking, brand awareness, product trials and industry events to make appointments and visit clients to gather their requirements and meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with existing ad potential clients, respond to RFQs, RFP and sales presentations and proposals.
Develop annual sales plans to meet sales and revenue targets and act on monthly A/R aging to collection on overdue accounts.
Prepare reports on sales, new business opportunities, sales pipeline and market intelligence.
 
Essential Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 5 years' field sales experience of generating B2B food service, consumer packaged goods or food distribution new business in the HORECA, QSR, education, hospitals, workplace, entertainment, leisure and sports industries through fact-based selling and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the consumption trends to increase distribution, sales and profits. 
Strong account management skills, business acumen and commercial mindset with a deep understanding of consumer food trends and committed to acquiring new business, increasing sales and margins and servicing existing clients with effective account management skills.
Proficient use of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint to prepare sales proposals and presentations.
Ability to make appointments with the decision makers and qualify and convert leads and opportunities into closed sales and new client acquisition.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
 
Education Required
Associate Degree as a minimum education level
