Engineer - Technical and operational architecture management and Quality Management (Norfolk)

Education:
University degree in electronics engineering or computer science or telecommunications or information systems and technology or another equivalent or closely related discipline

Experience:
a. Minimum 5 years in project management of communications or information systems integration, implementation or operation, using PRINCE2 or PMI methodology
b. Minimum 3 years in deriving system-level requirements from architectural guidelines and project objectives supporting implementation
c. Minimum 2 years in quality management in projects and programs

Qualifications:
a. Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 (3333) or demonstrate native English speaker background
b. Demonstrate minimum NATO or National SECRET clearance with the appropriate national authority for the duration of the contract
c. Demonstrated working level knowledge with MS Office tools (Outlook, Project, Word, Excel and Power Point, Share Point)
d. Demonstrate the availability to travel to any NATO entity within the 28 Nations (valid passport with no travel restrictions to NATO nations)
e. Minimum 1 year within last 15 years in working in NATO or in one of 28 Nations national military in defining military operational requirements and operational acceptance at project or program level

Desirable:
a. Knowledge about NATO at project level within capability package process
b. Knowledge about C3 capability management in NATO
c. Knowledge about program management and program management office
d. Knowledge about Database development and use
e. Knowledge about ITIL and Agile for project management
f. Knowledge about NATO CIS architectures, AIS and NGCS capabilities
g. Knowledge about IBM DOORS, DOORS NG, Team Concept
h. Knowledge about project management in complex systems or projects in a military Communication and Information Systems environment
i. Experience in effective orally and in writing communication, including briefing and in coordination with international stakeholders
