This recruiter will support our legal department and be responsible for managing job requisitions, screening candidates, sourcing of passive candidates, and driving the recruitment process to completion.
This is a critical role that has a dramatic impact on business performance and candidate experience in support of a global department that is growing and diversifying its scope.
Individuals should have 5-10+ years of direct responsibility for recruitment, with some experience managing client interactions.
Experience with legal clients strongly preferred.
Corporate experience preferred. Fortune 1000 experience a plus.
Provide recruiting and staffing services to Lake County management.
Position is based on-site.
Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified external candidates to meet established business goals, objectives and approved requisitions.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with all customers in order to enhance our business understanding and recruitment performance.
Oversee the pre-employment process (background check, references, etc.).
Recommend fair, competitive offer based on internal equity and external market based pay.
Ensure accurate and timely data is recorded in the company's requisition and applicant tracking system for compliance and reporting metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
