The client has a new position that just opened at the IMF that we are trying to fill, an ServiceNow Administrator.

They MUST have at least 3-6 months experience with ServiceNow. They are looking for strong experience troubleshooting and good understanding of ITIL. Candidate must work onsite in Washington, DC. Superior communication skills are an absolute must.

Service Now Administrator
Client is working with Jakarta now and he is open to anything Eureka and after.
Troubleshooting and maintenance 70 Operational work / 30 new enhancement.
24*7 support.

Responsible for the daily operational support of the ServiceNow ITSM implementation (SNOW). Under the guidance of the section chief, the SNOW administrator will be responsible for operational support, configuration, and implementation of Service Now enhancements.

Operational Support
Perform daily operational and support tasks on the ServiceNow platform (SNOW)
Troubleshoot and resolve reported incidents and defects in Funds ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Provide rotational off-hour support as required to address production issues

Configuration & Implementation of new features and services
Configure SNOW to meet customer requirements and enhancement requests
Create knowledge articles and documentation for IT HelpDesk and knowledge sharing
Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards
Follow change management process to deploy update sets and release

Preferred Experience and Skills
Basic level knowledge in ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, CMDB, service request)
Experience with ITSM/CMDB tools e.g. SNOW, Remedy
Functional understanding of IT Operations & Infrastructure Support such as Service Desk, SDLC, SLAs, server platforms, client server & web based applications, virtualization & clustering, and SaaS/Cloud Services
Experience in tools administration and application development with Java or HTML
Experience with SDLC agile and waterfall methodologies
Knowledge/Experience with ServiceNow highly desired.
ITIL Foundations certification a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently and plan and effectively establish priorities among competing demands under tight deadlines.

Note: that we would prefer the individual to have the basic SNOW administrators course.
