 Key Responsibilities​:/Key Requirements and Technology Experience:



 
  • Experience from 8 to 12 years.
  • At least 8-10 year of experience in working in Contact center space especially in QA engagements
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a QA lead working in Genesys Contact center domain , custom softphone, agent desktop integrations and Call routing areas.
  • Experience in Genesys WWE , GPlus adapter integrations testing with salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in working on Agile Scrum models in QA space and able to lead the teams in daily Scrums.
  • Experience in defining QA automation strategies , In- line automation approaches and implementation of the same in custom Softphone automations, Genesys WWE/ Gplus adaptor integrations with SFDC and Genesys IRD based call routing.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in automations tools like CYARA, Selenium, Coded UI and any other UI automation tools and technologies used in Contact center domain.
  • Experience in handling communications with multiple business partners – Business groups, Development group to understand the QA requirements and device a plan for effective QA execution.
  • Should be able to identify new QA opportunities while working with Business partners.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in managing teams of around 8-10 people and well versed with onsite/ offshore models.
