Key Responsibilities / Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 9 - 12 years of release management experience
  • Experience in code/Configuration Management
  • High level familiarity with SVN, GIT, Anthillpro, Jenkins, Nexus and Automic tools.
  • Ability to own, manage and drive Change and RM processes and related artifacts
  • Excellent planning, scheduling and co-ordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and drive proactive and Continuous Service Improvement in change and release process including Automation.
  • Good knowledge and experience managing changes in heterogeneous environments involving multiple technologies/platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good reporting skills" "Single point of contact for RMT related issues and first point of escalation.
  • Manage and be responsible for end to end application releases, including major, maintenance (MR) and hotfix releases.
  • Effectively coordinate & communicate with various stakeholders during release planning & scheduling
  • Liaise with all necessary teams to coordinate change implementation to DCs in accordance with schedules and communicate outcome of the change.
  • Create, manage and own Release Management plans, communication plan and related SOPs
  • Participate in stage gate reviews and ensure compliance from different stake holders
  • Drive Continuous Service Improvements in RMT area including automation
  • Report status, scorecards with SLA, KPIs & metrics data periodically as required.
